They took the time to understand my needs and helped me choose the right copier without any pressure. The installation process was smooth and efficient, and the equipment has been working perfectly. What really stands out is their customer service—anytime I’ve had a question or needed support, they’ve responded quickly and handled everything with care.
Honestly best way to own a printer, UIQ handles the ink and maintenance. All I have to worry about is make sure my invoices are printed and my marketing flyers are created. Awesome service and readily available!!
I cannot believe all 5-star ratings. I hope they are not bought reviews. I bought a Xerox C9265 machine from this company back in Oct 2025, and I have a completely different experience. I will be posting my feedback in detail in the coming days!
