Jim came and helped me with my furnace and I learned a lot from that guy! He’s really friendly and we got along great.. I was so worried before about someone coming over to help me with what I couldn’t figure out!
Jim is a wonderful person. He took the time to come out today on Saturday on a day off fixed my heater and very polite and respectful. He’s a very good maintenance person. He does do the jobs write the first time first time I ever had a maintenance man do the work right the first time he’s amazing.
No way to get ahold of them. They left a note on my door saying that I needed to be out by the end of the month and I assumed they were selling the place or something because I've never been late on rent or caused any issues. We're having a hard time finding someone to rent to us because they've tried calling to verify that we aren't being evicted for being bad tenants, but a 3rd party phone service answers and says they'll pass on the message and have them call you back, but they never do. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! They don’t communicate well at all. They ONLY care about the money. Have any issues on your property? Forget about it! They won’t have anyone come to fix it. They’ll allow water damage, black mold and unsafe living conditions to take over your house. I also don’t think the owners of the properties know what they’re doing! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve had a great experience with Uinta Basin Property Management! Jim originally came out to look at an issue with the AC going out, but while he was here, he also took extra time to help me get a sprinkler problem addressed. He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough throughout the whole process. I really appreciated his prompt response and willingness to go above and beyond. Great service all around—definitely recommend!
