⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve had a great experience with Uinta Basin Property Management! Jim originally came out to look at an issue with the AC going out, but while he was here, he also took extra time to help me get a sprinkler problem addressed. He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough throughout the whole process. I really appreciated his prompt response and willingness to go above and beyond. Great service all around—definitely recommend!

Great people. Second unit I’ve rented from them and so far we are very happy. Both Jody and Jim have always been good to myself my wife and daughter. I would definitely recommend them. 10 stars if we could.
We got a call from Ashley water and sewer that we were going through 30 gallons every hour consistently. Made a call and Jim Shafor came speedy quick to diagnose that it was our hot water heater bladder and t&p valve. After a thorough check it was ascertained that re-pressurizing also finished cracking the hot water heater itself. Jim installed a new water heater and was the absolute sweetest man to our curious seven year old daughter who wanted to help.
