The Service team was absolutely fantastic. Came in, without an appointment, to diagnose an overheating engine while on a road trip. Cecilia and the Service team jumped right into it. The technician (apologies, I forget his name), who did the diagnosis, listened to everything I described and confirmed what the issue was. Total respect given to my input, which is rare.
