Yesterday, I called Interstate to have my HVAC unit repaired. They were prompt and courteous; I would hire them again.
I phoned since my AC was acting up. Next day, technology was released. He was quite kind and sought to identify the issue before attempting to explain it. He returned when the component arrived and turned on the air conditioning. I'll save the number and remember to inquire for him whenever I need something.
Our HVAC system was installed in two days by the expert. Our house is pretty ancient and required some additional work in order to install the system properly; else, they would have finished it in a single day. Everything was completed in a neat and professional manner. Our inquiries were answered quickly by the technicians. He was also always on time.
When the technician arrived at our home, my A/C problem was swiftly resolved, and he offered useful guidance. He was courteous and a true joy to do business with. If I ever have another need, you can be sure that I'll call you. I'm grateful.
They came out and looked at our heating system and furnace. They identified a few problems and fixed them. Our previous furnace was likewise replaced by them. Our entire home is now toasty. Very nice and professional.
