I am a new potential customer of UIF. I got introduced via a Webinar by Aijaz (VP) and Julie (President) discussing the new deposit accounts. I got excited and opened two accounts, a profit-sharing savings account and a time deposit account. I started the process on 19Aug, ten days later, I am still unable to fund it. Customer service is probably overwhelmed, but not an excuse. I am really trying hard to move my money to UIF, but they're making it way harder than other banks!!
