Terrible experience I called to have my carpet cleaned on Saturday and the woman over the phone gave me a confirmation of August 31 10 AM. On August 31 I called them to see what time they were coming because they were late And the woman who answered said they never had an appointment scheduled for me and then told me they don’t even do carpet cleaning in PA at the moment but the website advertises that they do.
