This is the absolute worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to in my life. They took over 30 minutes to make me drink, while many of the staff they had there were goofing off and talking to customers. HORRIBLE customer service, many workers were mean and rude to customers even though there was an insanely long wait for drinks. Never ever go here.
I have no idea why they could not make the good drink for me and said the problem is from the recipe. I asked them to remake but they did not do that and give me the same drink which is too bad too drink.
This is my favorite Starbucks I get in and out sooo fast compared to other locations I have been to around the city. No app required.
Lol i got the wrong latte today and I last time I went a few years back I once saw the manager throw a drink at someone
always got a problem every 3-5 business days
