My little pumpkin is always late to school Because of the lack of timely orders.. I’m highly disappointed because everyday it’s same thing order that should takes 15 minutes takes 30 minutes… I would either update mobile app to make sure accurate time works well because this is UNACCEPTABLE!!! SHAME
First week of class. I get the crazy rush times. Me and my friend ordered at the same time. She got hers 5 minutes after ordering, and I got mine 30 minutes after ordering. The manager sets the tone in her store, and it’s with a nasty attitude and disrespectful customer service. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. They told me they don’t accept cash, even though other Starbucks locations do. My drink was prepared with wet, ungloved hands, which was disgusting. I came about 30 minutes before closing, yet they treated me as if I was bothering them by being there.
