Sitting in the waiting room with my 12year old daughter. The only ones here. I can hear the staff talking and chatting in the back instead of helping us.
Everywhere was extremely busy so around 4 I added myself to the wait list online for the quick care. My estimated wait time was 3 hours. They closed at 7 so, I felt bad going in right as they are closing. I walked in around 6:30, had to wait about 25 minutes as expected by the text updates. The nurse checking me in and the doctor on duty were both extremely nice. They apologized for the wait and were very genuine. So friendly and made me feel comfortable. I would 10/10 go back here again.
Honestly worst quickcare ever. You're gonna be here for at least 2 hours if you want to be seen. No public bathroom. Also, room was dirty. Said it was cleaned but there was a child's dirty mask on the floor.
Trust the bad reviews. Left me and my 10 year old sitting in a room for an hour w zero contact. We left. Unprofessional.
