Trust the bad reviews. Left me and my 10 year old sitting in a room for an hour w zero contact. We left. Unprofessional.
They took long to help me
This quick care in the one over by West high have to be the worst ones in Iowa city I would try to avoid going here. You’ll get better help at other quick cares around town. To be fair, it’s Christmas Eve and I’ve had influenza for a few days. My temperature has went back up to 102.5 after feeling better and having lower temp the last two mornings. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. They clearly pick and choose who they want to call to the back. I waited for 45 minutes while several people came in after me and were called before me. When I asked about it, the staff said those individuals had appointments. However, a young boy and his father came in after me, and when asked if they had an appointment, the father said no—yet they were still called back before me. Took my daughter this morning. Then they lied on the report saying she had the rash for two days when it started this morning. Then he said she was allergic to a medicine and then told me to have her keep taking it and if she needs to double it. Took her to the regular Dr after leaving there. And they said to not take the medicine and to start something diff
