Don't make an appointment here there is no use they still called people before me. Still had to wait over 30 mins past appointments I made online. Plus the provider Emily didn't help me at all. Later found out from ent doctor that I was having migraines. This location is not a very good one. I recommend the one on mormon trek or by the mall in IC.
Beware of this location and the University of Iowa hospital and clinics as they advertise as an urgent care facility which is not the case. They will process you as a new patient and charge you $270 if you have not been seen by them before. Urgent care would not do this. This office does not disclose this information beforehand. So for what I thought would be simple office visit to have labs done turned into a $900 new patient visit. Stay away from these crooks.
I had a great experience at the Corridor Way clinic. They were running on time — and everyone was friendly, professional, and efficient. I also found the practitioner to be very thorough. I was in and out in half an hour with a prescription. Hope to not need this service again, but I wouldn’t hesitate to return if I did...
Great locations and providers. Judy always takes such good care of me here. I love their online scheduling and wait times on their website so I know which location is the least busy.
