I reserved a spot before I went. I had to wait about an hour, which for a Saturday I find very quick. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was pleased that I was able to be seen that quick on a weekend, and not have to go to the emergency room and wait 8 hours or more just to go back to be seen.
If I could leave a zero I would. Incredibly disappointed in the care and service this past week. Was in twice in one week with one of my children. Both times we felt like we were a bother by healthcare workers, the last time the NP spoke with a condescending tone, was passive aggressive and very dismissive. She even implied it was related to anxiety!!! There is so much wrong with this type of condescending attitude towards patients. They did a half assed assessment of me never figuring out the problem. Told me to go to the ER if my condition persisted. This is a gross misuse of healthcare dollars. I shouldn’t need to go to the ER for NO LIFE THREATENING problems to have more tests ran. Do your job until it’s complete, stop pawning people off on someone else. Or maybe have actual doctors working?
Horrible communication and long wait times don’t waste your time
45 minute wait time despite using online check in/reservation feature and being 1st in line.
