I worked with someone named Amanda Roche who was very cold and unconcerned with my health. I was pretty much dismissed because I wasnt sick enough /visibly ill after spending about an hour at the facility. If I felt it urgent enough to come in, then it’s urgent enough to be tended to. But no, I was sent on my way, will probably still be charged the same copay as if I got the service I came for, and left without what I needed/wanted. My provider ignored my x-ray results and lied to me and told me they were completely clear and nothing was found. I looked back later to find that the radiologist reported something quite different and that what they found causes the exact symptoms I was experiencing. This facility is painfully understaffed. I’ve had previous good experiences with this clinic, but unfortunately, I can’t leave a good review. Today, this urgent care clinic decided to refuse care to my husband. He arrived at 4:30pm, an HOUR before they close, and they had locked the front door and weren’t allowing anyone in. They told him to go to the ER, which is significantly more expensive. Absolutely unbelievable and neglectful.
