The african american lady at the front desk today was extremely rude. She was prejudiced and snobby whenever Hispanics came up to her. She would purposely talk loudly to let other's people's business. She was giving a whole attitude, and she didn't even let others translate unless it was via her phone. Wish I gotten her name, but I was there today, 2/22/24 at 10 am in urgent care.
We are called patients for a reason .but overall service is not bad
The people were very polite and nice they seemed to be on the ball when it came to their fields ,however when I checked in they told me where to have a seat to be seen(which I had anxiety issues about) then it was so hot in there that I was about to overheat and have a heat stroke.and i was told that I would have a long wait.you would think that they would be aware of the fact as well that being that hot is just a major breeding ground for germs and any sickness that anyone might have .it made me wonder if they were trying t... read more
