This urgent care was a complete waste of time. I went in with a severe cough and sore throat that’s been keeping me up for days—waking up in coughing fits and struggling to swallow. I was told I’d be tested for strep, that I’d get a call with the results, and that a prescription would be called in if needed. None of that happened. No call. No test results. No prescription.
