Waited an hour then after I go to leave they inform me there is 1 doctor working today if they would have been a normal person with any brain they could warn you it’ll be a while we don’t have any doctors you could drive across town and be checked in and seen in less time then you will wait for them todo nothing there. Whole time the desk person is watching TikTok’s not a care in the world to inform anyone anything
I waited almost 4 hours before I was seen. That's crazy. Don't come here if you are in pain. This is a not so urgent care.
Long waiting time, no doctors just NP, bad management. Tis place was ok before many people knew about it now its just as bad as the main hospital ER.
Was a 2 hour wait in iowa city and surrounding areas. 30 min drive and 5 min wait. Xrays, prescription and off I went.
