Came in for a simple bang trim, left with one of the most choppy/unflattering haircuts of my life despite being specific with what I wanted. I’ll now have to wait for it to grow out and get fixed elsewhere. Beyond disappointing
Edit: The Korean stylists who used to work here were INCREDIBLE. It's been a couple years since I last had a cut here, and it was always my favorite hair experience. But the new staff seemed inexperienced and unsure how to cut a fade.
