I got my hair cut here nearly a month ago July 22 to be exact and the lady in the 3rd seat did a horrible job my hair was cut uneven and was not in the style I requested . My hair required 1/2 in curlers she tried to curl with a regular flat iron and burned me the whole time she was curling my hair . When I said something about it she kept saying it was just the steam but it wasn't, then made a comment saying I had childhood trauma . Shelly is hands down the best hairdresser. I have been going to her for weaves for years and she never disappoints. She also sell bundles which i have bought frequently great price and they don’t shed. If you are in the Queens , Long Island area she is your girl. Love her down ! The shop is clean and everyone is super friendly. Highly recommend
