Overall I really like this facility. I’ve gone through two pregnancies and deliveries with them, both through COVID. Which proved to be an adventure. I enjoy the personalized care that they have given me. Allowing me to see mostly their midwife Tina Mann. I love her! I feel like the Dr’s on staff are good as well just prefer a more holistic approach to my health. Thank you all for doing such a great job. Especially through such trying times. Keep up the good work.
Absolutely horrible experience today. Was not notified that my Dr. had to leave before my appointment, so had to see Tina. Was asked several times about receiving many vaccines. Whooping cough, Flu, and Coronavirus. Also, my husband isn't allowed to attend these visits with me as an advocate. You can have no support system at this facility.
I can't say enough about how great the staff is at ups women's health obgyn in Norwich. This year was rough for me but Stephanie and dr Corey and dr lee where there for me thank you so much.the nurses are also amazing always made sure I understood everything.
