I was very glad I went to UH’s walk-in in Endicott. The staff was very pleasant and efficient. Doctor listened to my symptoms and questions. All the patients in the waiting room were seen quickly
They listened to me! I'm pretty sure they knew what was going on before I did. Gave me the proper test and diagnosis. Medication worked perfectly and I feel 100 times better. I had strep throat starting Thursday night. Went to the walk-in on Saturday took the meds prescribed and felt well enough to get to work Monday. Thank you all so very much.
Had a great experience at the UHS Endicott walk in today. Heather was very helpful and very detailed. She made sure we knew exactly what to expect from the questions process to which NP or Dr would be coming in to see us. She was kind and even joked with us a little to lighten the mood. The NP Laura was just as great and knowledgeable. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely go there again if the need arises. Thank you !!
