I went to the UHS in endicott because the wait time was short. I got in fairly quickly and got an x ray of my lower back. I sat in the room afterward for an hour and a half -2 hours and then was told I could go home and wait for the results because it was taking a long time. They told me they would call and it’s 6 days later and I’m still waiting for that phone call. Everyone was nice in the office but this experience was horrible at best.
Doctor was very off putting and dismissive. Was annoyed when I wanted to run more tests, seemingly as I know my body better than anyone. I would not return to this walk in center again due to the negligence of courtesy.
