I have taken my niece there several times and the receptionist (believe her name was Ann) is always nasty. She needs to learn how to treat patients. Because of her I will be going to UHS for future visits. She needs to be reprimanded!

Have went many times. Staff and professionals are not always willing to listen to your health concerns. Would try somewhere else if you can!
Been here twice in the last month. Once arrived shortly before their closing time, 8 pm and they stayed late to meet our medical needs. Both times staff and medical personnel were wonderful. Thorough, professional and caring. I am thankful they are in our community.
Check in was as expected... Good. The PA assigned to me was Chris. He listened to my details... Checked all my meds and allergies. Closely checked my head and chest for symptoms and made his diagnosis. The med prescribed and called to the pharmacy. Next Morning: My symptoms have receded and I'm feeling better. The PA did a good job. UHS, you have found a keeper!
