I got into Primary care, checked in and waited about 5 minutes to go into the back. I was led to a room by a very nice nurse (Stacy). She took my vitals and chatted with me and left. Dr. Ward came in a few minutes later. She went over my information for a surgery and asked how I was doing, a very pleasant visit.

Let me start off by saying basset healthcare is amazing. My boyfriend goes here and his provider Caroline Westbrook is absolutely amazing. She listens takes the time needed to help Support his needs and truly be there for him. I am very happy. I will not be giving a full 5 starts due to needing to switch to sherberne basset primary care due to a not so positive experience with my provider at Norwich basset primary care. Since the switch I am confident in my care and my doctor listens to me
Just moved back to Bainbridge NY. Needed to get set up with new primary care, heart doctor, orthopedic doctor and dermatologist. Tried Sidney Primary Care first as they are the closest and who I used to go to and they wouldn't even talk to me. Told me it would be a year before I could even get an appointment. Called UHS Primary Care Norwich and they were amazing. Got me right in, got all my records transferred to Norwich and hooked me up with all the doctors I needed. Great bunch of people !
