Everyone has taken great care of my aunt. Everyone helpful and so pleasant professional.
I have had 13 operations at BGH. The staff and surgeons at this hospital have been excellent. They go above and beyond to make you comfortable. The hospital is very clean and love the new improvements. Love the new surgical room. Nothing but the best at this hospital.
The ICU has the ambience of a jail infimary but the food is not as good ( I am an ex-Deputy Sheriff). It ranged from inedible to barely so. I was pretty much ignored by all but the nurses and techs (both excellent). My next hospitalization, if necessary, will be elsewhere
My mother was there for cataract surgery. Staff was very nice !
They we're great and took very good care of my son:)
