Called to make an appointment with Dr Ng to check an ear I’m having problems with. Went through giving all my information just to find out I need a referral and even though he’s the dr that removed a tumor from my ear and replaced both eardrums. Nothing like padding everybody’s pockets b4 you get to see who you needed in the first place.
Most horrible staff in a medical office I have ever dealt with. I thought Dr. Ng was more professional than his staff until I saw him defend their despicable behavior and unprofessionalism. Unimpressed with both.
Doctor Ng is an awesome Doctor , My only conplant is trying to call to make appointment for two weeks, once getting one operator on the phone, I will aim to d over an hour to transfered to his assistant . Today is Friday October 20th, time 10:24 am, I have been trying waiting again to get appointment to see Doctor. NG , again for the 5th time , waiting for twenty minutes NOW....phone just got disconnected from there phone ! Doctor. I recently had my first appointment with Dr NG and I was treated wonderful from the minute I walked in the door. I was seen immediately and was so pleased with my visit..Dr. NG made every effort to explain how a choclear implant works and how will benefit from it. I live in Reno Nv and have to travel for my appointments and the staff narrowed them down to where I don't have to travel as much. I'm very pleased!!
