I came to get an ultrasound for a suspicious lump. I was told by my Dr that they usually have the result in 10 days. I've already waited 3 weeks for an appointment and my charts still haven't been read. It's been almost a full month. They indicated they were too busy and they will get to me when they get to me. This is unacceptable, esp when dealing with a mass. To have to worry for over a month is insane! I will NEVER come back to this facility and I would NEVER recommend anyone to go as well.
