Kerri was Great! Very thorough with everything.
The nurse that came out was professional, personable, friendly, listened to my needs and concerns and made me feel comfortable about the treatment plan.
Terrible service. A rep is supposed to call every 3 months to ask if you need supplies. No one has ever called. I've had to make 4 phone calls, over a 4 week period, to get a resupply order delivered (which is supposed to come tomorrow, according to the rep). Meanwhile, my mask is falling apart and air is leaking out of the sides of it. Go elsewhere if customer service is important to you.
Awesome help while needed! It just didn't last very long. I could still use a nurse & and aide. I only had two aide visits. Otherwise Great!
