Really bad service & unprofessional service from medical health management department. She just hanging up phone call with me to notify her about referrals orders. Unprofessional people at places where they should be more helpful , polite and humble with clients.
Calling the main line means waiting 20–30 minutes on hold. The staff member who answers wants to help, but lacks the tools or information to do so. After much persuading, they agree to transfer you to the correct department, only for the call to go straight to voicemail. They rarely return calls. This is a complete lack of respect for patients.
