I had a great experience with the doctor I felt she was great and attentive but after I paid my co-pay before leaving that day I check my bank statement and 2 weeks after my visit they charged my card for a additional amount with out contacting me and advising me on the charge. I am now on week 3 of trying to get a refund or at least figure out what the charge is for with no progress or any help. Their billing dept cannot advise what the charge is for and won't issue a refund unless a clinic supervisor advise what the charge... read more
Dr. Yee was very nice and very professional. She took her time listened to my symptoms and gave me lots of instructions. Five stars!!
THE worst customer service experience on this location, it seems they don't know what they're doing, the computer quiost doesn't work to make appointments, the nurse practitioner was extremely rude, no staff answer any questions. The reason I gave one star is because there's no option for no stars.
Dr. Yee was amazing!! If I could have her as my primary doctor I would. She took her time with me and was very through in explaining what I needed to do. She has a great sense of humor, very old school doctor and didn't over prescribe.
