The worst experience you can ever have. Was treated very bad by all the staff. AVOID the staff member Marian Connesa . extremely disrespectful and unprofessional . i wish i can give this 0 stars. too bad 1 star is the lowest
The absolute WORST experience ever. I’m over 300lbs. a 4X in clothes. and they told me i wasn’t “ heavy enough” so i had to do more tests to see if i qualify, turns out i have sleep apnea and also a fatty liver, and they STILL wanted me to make an appointment MONTHS AHEAD just so the dr can say “ yes, you do have it, confirmed that you have sleep apnea and fatty liver” before we can proceed to any further steps.. And the care coordinators are horrible. I called them 11 times over a 2 month span and not one time did my care c... read more
If I could give -100000000000000 stars I would. Everything was going great until I had my appointment with their physiologist Shirley Gazabon. We had an appointment that it was covered by insurance and she decided to end it midway because it was a remote appointment and I was traveling at the time of my appointment outside of Florida.The office was not clear to tell me I needed to be inside of Florida at the beginning of appointment since it was remote. After I tell her all my struggles etc, I told her I was in Peru, and she... read more
Literally got hung up on after explaining that I wanted to schedule an appointment. No can you repeat that, no I can't hear you, no reason was given but I did get a dial tone.
