We had an appointment that it was covered by insurance and she decided to end it midway because it was a remote appointment and I was traveling at the time of my appointment outside of Florida.The office was not clear to tell me I needed to be inside of Florida at the beginning of appointment since it was remote. Literally got hung up on after explaining that I wanted to schedule an appointment. No can you repeat that, no I can't hear you, no reason was given but I did get a dial tone.
This place saved my life and gave me a whole new lease on life as a whole. I had severe complications from a previous surgery in my home state. I had no quality of life at all. I was miserable and was too close to knocking on heaven’s door for comfort. Surgeons in my home state would not help me at all. I really thought I’d reached the end of my journey here. Can’t argue with the graph’s results... Best decision I have ever made!
Extremely unprofessional, they cancel your appointments that have been made months in advance and they don’t even tried to rescheduled them. You will see your doctor two times the first day you go in and the day of surgery even thought it said in there paper work that he will see you post up you will never see him again. Find a different place to have your surgery if you can. I am registered nurse I know what I am talking about.
