Thank you to my nurse Nicole Diaz in pre op for being very kind and professional. I’m always nervous going to the Dr. and she was really good at calming me down and distracting me. Also thank you to Dr. Hui for her kindness and for answering any questions.
I had to wait an hour and a half before even getting my vital signs checked. I went back to the clinic a few days later to pick up some paperwork and the doctor and nurse refused to help
I waited almost 2 hours because "the system" didn´t receive my check-in. I couldn´t wait more so I had to leave without seeing the doctor!!! You should show some respect with the patients time, it is not easy to have free time to go see a doctor.
