We never understood why there were so many bad reviews when we seemed to be having no problems at all... Until we had to schedule our own procedures, that is. Talk about being treated like crap! It was like I was getting everyone off the toilet to help me, and even then they did the least amount possible. They were actually saying, "what do you want" and more than one person blatantly SIGHED out loud! Yeah, doctor scheduled appointments go very well, but don't try to do something by yourself.
I love UHC Family medicine, I have been seeing Dr. De Wit here and he is one of the best! Very caring and goes out of his way for his patients.
Dr.Barcinas retired in 2014 and referred me to Dr.Alcantara in Morgantown. I have gotten the very best of care. Now that Dr.Alcantara is at UHC. I am very HAPPY to to continue my medical care with Dr.Alcantara.
