Really nice people at the desk incredibly helpful I was playing football and injured my right shoulder. They were really understanding and helped me with taking my sling on and off. Unfortunately it turned out I dislocated my sternoclavicular joint and I will most likely be out for a large portion of the season.

Radiology dept desk staff wanted me to pay a large sum of money up-front, but they were clearly not trained to answer my questions regarding how the amount was determined or provide me a detailed itemized breakdown of the charges. They simply told me the cost was determined “by my insurance”. I ended up refusing the service and looking at lower cost competitors for future imaging services.
