The checking in was great. The person at the front desk was really nice, friendly and helpful. The NP was really knowledgeable and explained the care plan in a detailed manner. However, I did not get discharge instructions, I got my first dose of the medication by the nurse, she did not come back. I waited for discharge instructions until I asked the front desk if I was ok to go. He went back to asked nurse and he checked me out.
Pleasant and professional staff. I felt well taken care of. My questions were answered and treatment was given. My practitioner was kind, caring, and efficient. The necessary medication was ready at the pharmacy. Missing the 5th star due to wait time of 70 minutes or so. Hard to wait when you feel miserable but I am still glad that I received great care. All very close to home. Thank you.
