I brought my family member in for a lab draw for the aecond day because somehow they didnt receive the fax the first day. So I returned the second day with request in hand. The lady who was assigned to assist us struggled to manually put in the request having to ask me for medical docs numerous times. Once that was complete she immediately asked for assistance before even looking at my family members arms yo determine whether or not she would ve able to draw a sample. I arrived at the lab at 4:45 PM, but the doors were already locked—even though the posted office hours are 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. I completely understand the need for a cut-off time; however, I suggest updating the listed hours to reflect the latest time a patient can actually arrive. If operations begin promptly at 7:00 AM, they should also conclude at the stated end time to ensure consistency and clarity. This small adjustment could go a long way in improving the overall patient experience.
