Friendly staff
Dr. Smith is and always has been the best doc. But the university hospital could definitely do some cleaning. Bathrooms and the panels on the elevator could use some soap and water. Floors needed swept and mopped as well. I was there around 9:30 a.m. no way the place was cleaned the night before. And as filthy as it is its been a while since anything was done in the lobbies ,Bathrooms, and elevators.
