I will not be returning to this emergency department. If you work in healthcare or simply advocate for receiving appropriate medical care, I strongly recommend seeking treatment elsewhere. The physicians here appeared more focused on their own egos than on collaborating with patients to reach accurate diagnoses. Any time I attempted to ask questions or request specific tests or basic procedures based on my symptoms, I was dismissed. I came here 3 to 4 times in. Short period of time recently for some issues that were and still is very bother some for me. They treated me like crap like oh it's you again. They wanted me to talk to psychology people telling me I'm crazy. I was very anxious all times an very scared m so was crying. They said your behavior isn't normal. I didn't feel well. I don’t think they even deserve 1 star. I had to walk out after sitting in ER for over 3 hours in horrible pain. When asked if I had ann IV in I said no. And the nurse accused me of lying. I think I would know if I had an IV in. Before leaving I had asked 2 different times how much longer and they said it was up to the nurses. They were talking people back that they felt were more serious. This was the worst experience I have ever had at an ER!

The First time I came here was about 2 years ago due to a domestic violence incident. Kelcey, one of the radiologist was AMAZING!! She sat in my room with me and made me feel so much better about my situation, she walked me through everything while i was getting my x-rays and even gave me information for support groups that would help with my situation. Not uncommon in these reviews, everyone there was disrespectful and rude aside from one little Blonde girl. Was in severe respiratory discomfort that I overly expressed when I came in because of prior waiting room issues at another E-R where I wasn’t treated (Mercy) and there was absolutely no urgency in getting me any help, and the doctor got an attitude with me when I was explaining I needed relief asap, then of course, left the room and didn’t come back. Lost my patience and left
