My ER nurse (her name was Figs) was absolutely fantastic!! Best care ever
really quick in & out within an hour or so! quicker than the urgent care by Crocker Park.Doctor really listened to me and advocated for better treatment than the urgent care gave.
This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had there. Spent over two hours in the waiting room and never even got taken back couldn’t with stand the pain, and vomitting to be sitting in a waiting room. If imma die imma die at home, cuz this was bullshit. Never going there again!
If a nurse ever tells me daughter to "stop crying" again, you'll be hearing from the State and my attorney.
My experience here at St John ER was great from beginning to the end. I want to thank all the ER staff on both shifts, for being so attentive and empathetic. I have never experienced such great care before and this team showed that there are still great health professionals in healthcare.
