Never ever ever go to this ER the worst in the business
Bringing your 3 month old here is not a smart idea. The medical staff does not handle children/babies well at all. My baby left in more pain than when she arrived because they do not know how to use medical devices and tools properly on them. You have been forewarned. You are putting your child at risk by bringing them here, Avon and Lakewood Cleveland clinic are much better options and the extra few minutes drive is much worth it. Literally LITERALLY the worst possible emergency room you can take your infant to. Came to get a uti test for a 3 month old, nurse put a catheter in wrong so couldn't get a urine sample. Then they put a bag inside the diaper and the bag was placed improperly so instead my child peed in the diaper. This was a 3 hour process where at the end we were told there was nothing they can do. Went in emergency room with severe chest pain and arm pain. No one in lobby. Made me sit and wait out in lobby after checking in for a long period of time. Found out more than an hour later I was having a heart attack. Did not care I was in excruciating pain. There was absolutely no urgency at all by staff. Would not recommend!!!
Where do I even begin other than this place is cracked out. My mom was admitted for extremely high BP (primary care refused to see her and said to go to ER immediately because it was so high). It took forever to get back and when we did, our room was just us sitting in the hallway. The doctor saw us, was extremely arrogant and attributed her problems to her weight immediately without even addressing any accompanying symptoms other than giving BP meds (which they delayed for hours).
