100 negative Star's! Left elderly PATIENT ER, BUT BLOOD PRESSURE 230/119 "HAVE TO WAIT THEY'RE BUSY" This is considered A MEDICAL CRISIS! BP was rising sitting there. Patient in ADMITTED in CLEVELAND CLINIC HOSPITAL. They will be getting a legal complaint, in addition to reporting to the state medical board
I waited over 3 hrs to see a doctor in the emergency room. This is completely unexceptable. There obviously under staff!! I would never recommend St John's Medical Center Emergency Rm to anyone!!
I really don’t understand the negative reviews for St. John. I am always able to be seen quick here and taken good care of. This hospital has amazing staff and doctors. I give anyone in this field so much appreciation. Thank you for everything you do!
I am immune compromised and picked up a staph infection, I told them this when I got there. The waiting room was empty. We never got called back after signing in and triage. With literally no one in the waiting room, we waited 2 hours. Then the waiting room began to fill up. They took case after case back, when I asked the front nurse about this, she said we take people back on a case by case basis. Waited another 2 hours, still no help.
