Had an earache and swelling below the earlobe. It's Saturday so went to UH Urgent Care. They told me they would call in an antibiotic to my pharmacy, but to be sure to see my primary Dr on Monday. Dr. Wallace doesn't maintain any open appointments for emergencies (?) Called and told the receptionist EVERYTHING and asked her to see if Dr Wallace would at least change Amoxicilin to a different antibiotic because it caused AGGRESSIVE diarrhea and painful stomach cramps. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever been. They cancle appointments last min, they change appointment with out speaking to you. Some of the staff is very rude and condensing. Talking to a supervisor is almost impossible. And all of this is just for a basic checkup god for bid anyone have any serious medical conditions they would be dead before this place can figure out how to run a doctors office. They need to fire a lot of these people and hire competent individuals.
Drs do not listen and override systems and change appts after a year of waiting. I give up with this place. I have tried long enough. I will find a practice that does care. Thanks Dr Kevin.
I like the provider I see but I'm currently at an appointment and I've been in the exam room for about almost a half hour still haven't been seen yet
