Have been with Pediatricenter for Almost 7 years. We have only ever had wonderful experiences! Over the years we have seen multiple doctors for sick visits. They have all been very detailed and great with the kids. I also appreciate the support staff who have always been professional and warm. Special shoutout to the ladies at the front desk who always help with whatever I need and are very kind and professional. We feel so lucky to have such a solid home base for our kids medical needs.
The doctors here are fine, but the front desk staff consistently fall short when it comes to basic professionalism and courtesy. During my last three visits, I’ve been met with unnecessary rudeness and attitude. Most recently, I simply asked if my daughter’s physical form could be emailed to me. Instead of a polite response or an explanation of office policy, I was met with a condescending tone and told, “I’m handing it right to you.” That was not what I asked, and the tone was completely uncalled for.
