I Highly recommend not going to Rainbow babies as they went down Hill in the doctor area. They have a habit on calling children service on Families for no reason and they have a bad reputation. I highly suggest to stay away from this Hospital.
Avoid at all cost!!!!! The people in the office do not do what they’re supposed to do. They recommended a referral for my daughter. I’ve been trying to schedule it for weeks and The office is not sending it in so I can’t schedule her appointment. Anytime I try to get a hold of someone I just get the runaround…..I’m just to the point of looking for a new dentist to take my daughter to and have them refer us to where she needs to go.
Parking is terrible. Had problem with my ticket, went to the office. All they did was yelling, questioning my identity (it’s ridiculous. Don’t know why it would matter to parking but they acted like they were not going to help me if I’m a student), and asking me to email someone that never responds. If you need to come here, I would rather park at CWRU instead, just across the street.
I can not tell you how many traumatic experiences I have had at this hospital. The only reason I have ever gone is because my son’s doctor is through UH and he is really great but I will NEVER come back here and trust them with my son’s care. Everything from my son literally falling down the stairs he shouldn’t have had to walk down because their elevator in the parking garage was broken, he got knocked unconscious and these doctors refused to do a scan.
