My 2 y old had bleeding blisters on his behind. My pediatrician said he needed to see a dermatologist. I got an appointment at rainbow babies -Cleveland campus. After arriving I had 2 kind workers (kudos!) help me navigate to where I needed to be- we rushed through hallway after hallway, all the while carrying my 4 month old in his car carrier and along with my 2 year old and 5 year old. I beg you , NEVER TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE! Back in the day they were on top of there game!!!BUT NOT ANY MORE! My grandson went to our local hospital ER(they don't have a pediatric wing). He was shaking uncontrollably on his left side.The doctor there felt he needed admited to a hospital ask us where. We said Rainbow. Rainbows saved my life at 12 years old. I’m still alive today. Please know this hospital is one of the best for children with complex medical conditions

I would not take my kids here again, we have had good doctors and nurses on the surgery team, but they are clearly too understaffed and pushing their nurses harder than they can handle. However the real reason for the 1 star review is the nasty state of the room, including flies, in addition to how rude everyone outside of the medical staff is. All paperwork given for how to make your stay in the hospital more comfortable is outdated, and when you try to order food you are going to get talked down too.
