I prefer to stay anonymous, I’m an adult now and a functional member of society. When I was a little girl I had struggled with suicidal ideation, I tried to commit suicide multiple times. I had my kid there for emergency visit after an allergic reaction and it was so disappointing to see that no one wore gloves unless I requested them to. The check-in lady seemed so scary. She had a ring on that could’ve hurt my child. I was trying to tell her to put her gloves on but she looked at us scary. And an older lady there was being aggressive about how I should hold my son when he’s taking a medicine and she kept touching him while that without no gloves on and touched his hair. Shout out to the NICU team, The residents, the doctors, the nurses, the occupational therapist, and the lactation specialist. My baby was in the Nicu for 11 days. It was a very hard time but all of these people contributed to the health of my baby boy and I appreciate every single one of them. Thank you rainbows babies and children
