They have repeatedly not drawn all the labs ordered by my PCP. This has resulted in delay of care and my needing to return to lab for another needle stick and lab charge. Also as a patient it was impossible to reach Quest with concerns.
They've definatly made it easier. Checking in has been simplified. The staff is very nice and professional. Took maybe 15 minute in total. Yes, I got there when it opened. Still, no problems.
I was in this morning (2/12) for blood work. Jennifer was incredibly kind she was so warm and bubbly and she was so good at drawing blood! Didn't even feel it!
Was wary of going to this place because of the reviews here but everyone was nice, organized and efficient. No issues at all.
Nothing but issues every time due to poor communication/training I can only assume. Only lab in network that is local and open on Saturdays so I’ve been going for the past year while taking care of some health issues. Everything from mishandled personal information/results sent under the wrong name and to the wrong provider. Inconsistent “procedures” (have emailed my lab reqs all 4 times at check in due to no printer access, but apparently today when I go, “that has never been a thing on Saturdays”.
