I was taken here by ambulance after a motorcycle accident. The good..staff was attentive and thorough in "fixing" me. The bad...they did 3 cat scans on me because they messed up the first 2 yet I got charged for all 3. Also, they never sent me a bill for the services that insurance wouldn't cover and proceded to turn it over to an attorney for collections. Now I have to deal with that after being blindsided. Don't recommend. Staff was fine. But if you're waiting for results in their "results pending" waiting area expect to be there hours and hours with no updates. Basic waiting room chairs right next to the main ER entrance doors, very cold and drafty, great for the sick or elderly.
My dad had been vomiting for over 12 hours. Went to the bathroom the string to pull if you fall was gone in both bathrooms. When we came in we had bloodwork done which sat in our room for 2 hours 30 minutes after being drawn i had noticed it and caught his dr by pure chance. Didn't see her again till a hour and a half later. Dad was in severe pain (currently waiting to be transferred).
