The receptionist Barbara was super nice and friendly I hope if I ever go here again not that I want to go to the er that she's the one to check me in
Months ago I came here by ambulance during one of the most terrifying seizures of my life. The ambulance driver was very rude to me in the ambulance vehicle and then in the waiting room there were no rooms available to receive treatment and so I continued to have seizures in front of everyone. The man was extremely rude and has issues. Not everyone is mentally ill when it comes to health issues. Wow reading these reviews made me feel better. The ER staff is horrible at this hopefully and i been to other ER. I never experienced anything like this . I am a sweet tax master degree accountant with no criminal history but actually felt the urge to get violent to protect myself from the mean nurses! Like wow! I can only imagine what happens with patients who odnt have patience like me. The corporate needs to investigate their ER staff maybe thy should not work in a high stress role if thy cant be professional!
Wife came out for abdominal pain. Did bloodwork after 2 hours waiting. Was told she would get a CT very soon. 6 hours after we first arrived here she finally got one. The nurse she had was absolutely amazing. That poor woman deserves a raise. This place is filthy. Was much much better when it was RMH.
Don’t go here, the ER sent me home in August when I was having a stroke and was told it was a migraine, knowing I have a history of blood clots and other serious health issues. Even my neurologist on a video appointment 2 days later when I could get in to see him, could tell so why couldn’t they?
