Don’t go here, the ER sent me home in August when I was having a stroke and was told it was a migraine, knowing I have a history of blood clots and other serious health issues. Even my neurologist on a video appointment 2 days later when I could get in to see him, could tell so why couldn’t they? If I could give negative stars, I would. Do not go here. By far the absolute worst ER experience I have ever had with my daughter. Waited hours after having diagnostics started and received no feedback from anyone regarding test results. There is absolutely zero communication or compassion at this ER. Do not go here. Do not go to any UH. The doctors will mock you, laugh at you, misdiagnose you, and label you with anxiety because they are incompetent. And they charged me $13,000 to do it. I have had swollen lymph nodes for 2 months. Sharp belly pains waking me in the night. I was told to go to ER and get imaging by another doctor. ER doctor was laughing at me because another UH doctor called me a trashy liar when I said I was celibate after an AIDS scare. Told me I had nothing wrong with my health. A few things got to me tonight when my daughter, who has a history of cancer and has been in and out of the hospital came in by ambulance, she was left in the waiting room which is absurd to begin with. Her care team once finally assigned has so far been great. However it was the worker who made a snide remark how she " was getting her laugh in for the day" when a man was screaming in obvious distress "you aren't helping me" that was disturbing.
