Dr. Jessica Fletcher was extremely rude and not caring. she belittled a lot of what i said about my pain and she also did not tell me how she was going to do an internal exam at all. she just shoved the tool in me and pried me open and i cried the whole time. i was so uncomfortable and she did not make me feel cared for. other staff was good, just i was in there for 7 hours when it shouldn’t have taken that long, i seemed to be forgotten about by my main dr and it took 1.5hrs for my discharge paperwork.

While I can understand if an emergency room gets busy, but there was never one time while I was there for 6-7 hours that anyone communicated any results with me. It was also very disappointing and embarrassing for me to have to sit in the waiting room the entire time with an IV in my arm and a hospital gown on. Additional tests were administered and it was never explained to me as to why until they were ready to discharge me. It doesn’t make any sense on why there’s one doctor in the ER. Like instead of keep telling people to contact you about their experience how about you fix the damn way the hospital runs, there should be no reason for patients to sit here for hours in pain with only one doctor in house. Like come on, seems like yall don’t care about how quickly you can help someone you care more about filling your rooms. I don’t understand on why there’s no closer hospital than this one. Thank you all for your hard work. I have had problems eating due to pain and swelling in my jaw. I went in yesterday and waited for sometime. But the wait was worth it. Today I can eat and I have minimal pain and no swelling. Keep up the great work.
