As a healthcare worker, I would not recommend this facility. My family member needed to be transferred to Cleveland Clinic Main Campus because as they put it, “They are a rural hospital and don’t have the specialists needed”. It took over 3 hours to get the squad to come. When I demanded an escalation in care, the staff would stand at the doorway and say they understand and the nurse practitioner stated she ordered pain meds she shouldn’t have. We have had the worst experience at this hospital. My husband was in excruciating pain and was visibly sick and they told me he wasn’t high on the list to be addressed. The nurse said they base it on acuity and he wasn’t high enough. The fact he was writhing around in pain and throwing up wasn’t enough?! They also lost his shoes. They are a disgrace. Told them I could not use my right arm. They said nothing was broke. Didn't put antibiotics on my laceration. Dr didn't come back in before discharge.
