Visited ER 07/19/25, admitted to floor 3 observation, released 7/20/25.. world-class experience start to finish, from ER Dr Magdy Eskander, ER nurse Jael Stetzik, Dr Anhthu Tong, Dr Eva Szathmary, Nurse Dierdre Byrd, and especially Nurse Nicholas M....am certain missed some names, but every stop from registration at ER to dismissal, including the housekeeping team and dietary team, and CT scan team.....such a great experience, clean, professional, timely, accommodating, efficient, always felt someone was checking o... read more
Since I cannot give lower than a one Last time I was here with my mom we waited 9 hours and end up leaving never seen anyone. Here again today and it's been two hours and no updates. I understand that there are emergencies but the do not keep you informed in case we need tp.go.somewhere else Keeping people waiting so long is cruel and unusual punishment. This ER should not take walking the cannot handle them.
