They did not get insurance approval for the medication that I’ve been getting every 8 weeks for several years. I drove there this morning and waited for an hour before they told me I needed to reschedule. Then, despite getting approval, they said they couldn’t fit me in this afternoon for me to get my medically necessary medication.
This place is great at what they do!! Every nurse I encountered was professional and super knowledgeable. They were all so friendly and made me feel comfortable every visit. Great Job to everyone who works here…
