Very unprofessional establishment. Poor communication skills. If you try to call in reference to obtaining previous medical records, you will not receive any kind of contact back no many how many times you try. Highly suggest you take your family somewhere with higher standards.
Was treated very nastily by a nurse at this office. My husband needed a simple refill on his prescription that he was running out of so I called in (which let me clarify I had been doing this for him for about 6 months to a year since he works nights and sleeps during the day so I handle things for him.) I was argued with by the nurse Madison who refused my request for the refill claiming all of a sudden that "it would be illegal" since they have no form on file stating I was allowed to do so. ??? DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE.. waited over AN HOUR for the doctor and ended up walking out. They don’t care about you. Go somewhere else, close this office down. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Awful staff, the nurse got mad at me for the blood pressure reading being difficult for her. The office had coded the appointment as an incorrect reason, and then I was berated for asking about the “wrong things.” The doctor refused to order bloodwork and when I said that I hadn’t gone to the hospital for a fall (because who can afford that these days?!) he asked why he should help me if I wouldn’t help myself. Absolutely unacceptable!!!
Dr. Craft is horrible. So glad I left this practice last year and found a new Doctor. Condensending & arrogant
