Came at the scheduled open time 9:30, they had a provider delay so they didn’t truly open till 11:00 (kind of inconvenient but things happen) The front desk receptionist was VERY friendly, the doctor was SO personable! I honestly came here to beat the rush at the urgent care in Westlake, will come here for other minor things if needed,highly recommend, was in and out in half hour!
Everyone at this urgent care was so friendly and helpful. They treat you like the really care.
My daughter went there and website says there open and at 9:30 she waits and no one shows up- really ridiculous-at least update changes if there is any.
