Convenient location
Very fast and efficient. I really like going here.
The room was too small and I felt like I was at risk of tripping and falling. I think the smallness of the rooms effects my vital sign readings. I’m not sure I’m going to be able to go back to this location. The rooms are so small it makes me feel unsafe. Not all the doors are accessible, either, some of the doors are way too heavy. I appreciate the ombudsman’s effort to thank me for my feedback, but I don’t want to have to be university hospital’s “eyes and ears”. I don’t work for UH.
