My 6 year old son was scheduled for surgery on 12/31/2024, we waited 4 months to get in. They called and told me their anesthesiologist decided not to come in that day so his surgery was canceled. And the soonest they could get him back in was May 13th 2025. I asked to speak with an administrator. When she came on the phone she was rude, condescending and completely unhelpful and cold. It's unfortunate that they treat people and young children like this. By the time he gets in it will have been almost a year.
JULIE AT THE RECEPTION DESK IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SHE CANCELLED MY SONS APPOINTMENT DUE TO THEM BEHIND AMD HAD ME BRING MY SON HERE WHICH IS OVER AN HOUR FROM WHERE WE LIVE JUST TO BE TOLD HE COULDNT BE SEEN ! Very unprofessional terrible customer service I do not recommend this hospital at all . Anesthesia was Rude also very unprofessional team ! NO CUSTOMER AT ALL ! Terribly behind and a wast of time and gas DONT COME HERE !
