I would rate zero stars if I had that option. I'm not a patient or anything with this hospital but I needed to come in for a background check for this state board that I was about to apply for. I went to the reception desk where I asked if they do them here. She was SO rude and mean about it, she proceeded to tell me that it's upstairs on the second floor. Shame on Dr. Roter. I have never been treated in such a manner. She made me feel as if I was in the wrong place, like my symptoms weren’t valid, and kept asking me why I didn’t go to another Dr. for symptoms…she was short and not sweet with her words. NEVER EVER will return. This health system is failing big time. Very few doctors have any empathy, and it’s my guess it will continue to get worse. If I could give a negative 1000 I would so I go to establish care never thought I would get discriminated upon I don’t know why where I live , my nationality, my two cell phones have anything o do with my care from a Dr that’s was the first time I was treated like that while in pain let me add.The nurse said my pressure was 160 the Dr said my pressure was 110 and went dn within minutes not true it was taking wrong.I asked for treatment alternatives nothing .The Dr did nothing but in my insurance up and get a fat bill for my ... read more

Ifi would do no stars -10 i would.reception was very polite and professional .Nurse was dn to earth could’ve been a little more professional .Nurse told me 160 bp dr took my pressure it was 110.Dr was horrible she kept asking me important questions my nationality my race where i live why i have two phones these are all personal and none of her business nothing to do with care i received.I asked for something for pain as i could barley sit or move , i asked for walker a can i think i wont fall i dont feel steady when standing... read more
