Based on a conversation with receptionist at Urgent care, they need more competent staff. The lack of understanding my needs and willingness to help find answers (and the poor advice) left me with no confidence in this facility. I wish UH never took over. They have ruined our local Healthcare. No radiologoly, switching to a private lab, etc. Cleveland clinic is looking more desirable everyday. College age Daughter went here for covid she was positive, they did not give her the anti-viral medication despite she has many co-morbidities . Would not recommend this place as now when we called back they want her to return for bloodwork? She has previously had covid and never had such a difficult time getting treated. She is very sick with 103 fever, congested, wheezing, and now has to return right back to get bloodwork for medication they should have place her on in the first place!!! Complete waste of time.
Absolutely terrible... if you have more then 3 hours to wait just to be seen come here... poorly staffed, nurses have no manners and honestly your better off going to an emergency room then here...
I wish they would reopen
