I am actually shocked to see these lower reviews. As someone who has had horrific experiences with healthcare providers in the past, Dr Snyder reminds me of old school primary care doctors, which in today’s healthcare landscape is sadly a thing of the past. Dr. Snyder is iconic. As an adult, I never found a primary care doctor that I liked enough to stick with. That changed when I met Dr.Synder! If you tell her you are sick or don’t feel well, she will believe you! What a concept! You’d be lucky to have her as your doctor!
Believe the bad reviews. My experience with this practice was fine - not outstanding, but served its purpose - until it wasn’t. Another review refers to Dr. Snyder as “dismissive”. I’d say that hits the nail on the head. It’s very difficult to reach her when you need to. If you do happen to get a response from Dr. Snyder, you’ll be treated as a nuisance and reprimanded for seeking her help. This 3 star rating is an average of the staff and Dr Snyder. I have nothing against the doctor; she was kind, if a bit dismissive of my kid’s autism/ADHD concerns. It’s mostly the office staff that I have an issue with - which caused me to go elsewhere for my own primary care after Dr Dornan left the practice. I recently needed to find a new PCP due to the one I went to across the street at Cleveland Clinic moving to a new location. Do not go here. I've called and called and called to get something for poison ivy and no one will return my calls or emails. I've been calling since yesterday and I STILL haven't heard anything back. Do not go here
