Do not go here. I've called and called and called to get something for poison ivy and no one will return my calls or emails. I've been calling since yesterday and I STILL haven't heard anything back. Do not go here

Called to schedule my mom an appointment because that is what my doctors assistant said to do. I called, told them what the appointment was for. Whoever answered the phone was VERY rude. Told me " well it's the dentists that did the procedure to prescribe her something" I tried to explain that we've tried calling multiple times they refuse to return our calls or answer the phones, and she hung up on me. You are better off going in and talking to someone than to talk over the phone because they're snotty

Disgusted with this office. Scheduled a new patient appointment for my son (who had aged out of his pediatric office) for December. This office randomly rescheduled his appointment for a future date when he would be back at college. We rescheduled for his spring break, only for him to get a text rescheduling it for a date in May. No phone calls, no discussion. I will be finding him a doctor elsewhere.

I was above and beyond satisfied with how my appointment with Dr. Snyder! Most doctors appointments feel rushed, but she really took the time to get to know me before suggesting a treatment option! I highly recommend Dr. Snyder if you are looking for a new primary care physician!
