the nurse practioners are an embarrasment to nursing. she acted bored and could have careless about my illness or pain. had to beg for an appointmet or tests. then never answered my questions or told me test results. this went on for many months and when i complained they got mad and sent me a nasty letter dumping me as a patient. its lake hospital systems i shouldnt have been surprised with the reputation they have. the top 5 worst hospitals in ohio. i guess i have to move to another county or state to get good medical care... read more
